The configurator offers a very faithful representation of the final result. One or more power cables will be connected to a single outlet. We provide approximately 2 meters of transparent cable. By default, the power cable is located at the bottom right.

For large illuminated signs (both in size and tube length), we can install power supplies on each side of the neon to ensure even distribution of light over the entire surface.

LEDs are becoming more and more integrated into our interiors. We always strive to find the balance between technical functionality (efficient neon power supply) and aesthetic and visual aspect (decoration). Rest assured that your illuminated sign will only require one outlet.

Each illuminated sign is delivered with its installation kit, accompanied by a power cable approximately 2 meters long. The power supply is usually positioned at the bottom right, but you can choose another location by specifying it in the comments section. 1) If I mount it on the wall, do I need a base?

Your illuminated sign (neon) is delivered on a transparent support, already pre-drilled to allow you to easily attach your neon to the wall. You also have the option of choosing the option of a base if you then want to place your neon on a shelf.

2) What does “screw” mean and are they visible?

Advertising screws are spacer type screws, frequently used during exhibitions. They create a space between the wall and the neon support. We particularly recommend advertising screws for square or rectangular neon lights. Although visible, they add an aesthetic touch to the fixing.

3) How to install your neon?

Installation is quick and easy with the pre-drilled acrylic bracket and screw kit included in each package. Your neon attaches to the wall like a frame. If necessary, metal ropes can also be provided on request, to be specified in the comments section.

4) What are the delivery times?

Allow a period of 2 weeks between the order date and receipt of your neon. We provide worldwide delivery, with all costs included in France and Belgium. For a faster option, we offer express creation and shipping in 7-8 business days. Simply choose the Express option when confirming your order.

Delivery in mainland France and Belgium is fully covered and takes place within 2 weeks of receipt of your payment. If you opt for the "Express" option when confirming your order, you have the possibility of receiving your neon in just 8 to 10 working days. This option prioritizes both the creation of your design and the shipping of the neon.

Unlike other market players, no additional costs are to be expected. The delivery price for countries other than France and Belgium is calculated once you enter your address when ordering.

Your custom neon will be delivered to the address of your choice by our trusted partners such as DHL, Fedex or UPS. Delivery includes detailed tracking and delivery requires signature.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all our neon lights.
